These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Bonilla Cleaning Services ("we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of our website and our cleaning and estate management services.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access our services.
Bonilla Cleaning Services provides premium residential cleaning and estate management services, including:
Elite Residential Cleaning
Estate Management & Housekeeping
Move-In/Out Curation
Post-Construction Detail
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
Services are scheduled based on availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred dates and times.
We request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a fee.
If we are unable to access your property at the scheduled time, a no-show fee may apply.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
For recurring services, payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
Bonilla Cleaning Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
